Led and participated in more than 60 teams throughout working career, focused on increasing productivity and maximizing effectiveness through effective leadership and technology applications. An experienced Consultant Family Practitioner with particular focus on Occupational Health and practice management.

Dr Omar E. El Khateeb
Medical Director, Head of Anesthesia & Intensive Care Unit

Dr. Omar graduated from the University of Alexandria, Egypt with a diploma in Medicinæ Baccalaureus Baccalaureus Chirurgiæ, Master of Science (Anesthesia & Critical Care Medicine), and MD.  Prior to joining Royale Hayat, he was the Head of Anesthesia & Intensive Care Department, as well as the Deputy General Manager in Mansour Al- Orf Medical Center, Al Jahra Kuwait.

Dr Nesrin El-Khatib
Deputy Medical Director

Dr. Nesrin graduated with distinction from St. George’s Hospital Medical School in London with a diploma in Licentiate Medicine and Surgery of the Society of Apothecaries, Licentiate of the Royal College of Physicians, and Licentiate of the Royal College of Surgeons. Her previous experience included Head of Neo-natal Intensive Care Unit, and Pediatric Consultant & Intensivist in Ahmadi Hospital and KOC Hospital Kuwait.

Shibu Mathew
Chief Financial Officer

Shibu being a member of pre-opening team has a Bachelor’s in Commerce, FCMA and a diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). His previous experience all included Accounting Finance and treasury management for various Multi-National Companies.  His expertise also includes the designing of Accounting Systems and Policies, the Mapping and Roll-out of ERP packages, Feasibility Assessment, Financial/Treasury Management and Developing Timely Generation Statutory, Management and Shareholders Reports.

Alexandre Diaz-Albo
Director of Hospitality

Alexandre Diaz-Albo is a French professional with an MPA (Master of Public Administration), Master Degree in Legal, Economic & Financial sciences, and a Diploma in Political Sciences at the University of Aix-Marseille III, France. He also has a Diploma from the International Butler Academy. He is specializing in Luxury Hotel’s global operations management and he is detailed oriented hotelier with worldwide experience in luxury establishments, ranging from Michelin star restaurants to luxurious hotels and / or establishments in Europe (England, France, Italy and Switzerland), Caribbean, Middle East and United States. Committed to achieving excellence in all he does, and consistently exceeding performance objectives, He takes pride in operating an effective manner with a high level of responsibility and accountability.
