To Discuss “Arab Healthcare Transformation: Governance, Accountability and productivity”
As a silver sponsor, Royale Hayat Hospital (RHH) Participated in 21st Annual Forum of the Arab Hospitals Federation, AHDAF Kuwait 2019, which was held in Kuwait under the slogan “Arab Healthcare Transformation: Governance, Accountability and productivity”. This event was held to match the development healthcare services in the Arab World in general and in the Gulf and Kuwait in specific. The event was under the patronage of Minister of Health Sheikh Dr. Basel Hamoud AlSabah on 10-11 April, in Salwa Sabah AlAhmad Theater and Hall in Kuwait.
Quality Director in Royale Hayat Hospital, Dennis Joseph, was one of the speakers in the event. He delivered a lecture about the inspirational story of how Royale Hayat Hospital adopted concepts from hospitality and transformed the Healthcare delivery system; in an effort to relieve the sufferings of the patients and nurture them during their stay in the hospital.
RHH also had a special booth (Booth 2) in which many visitors were received. It was open for all those interested in healthcare and all the tracks dealt with in the Forum.
It is worth mentioning that the Arab Hospitals Federation annual forum is the biggest healthcare conference in the Arab world to be held annually since 2008 till it acquired the title of Supervising Member in the Economic and Social Council of the Arab League.
