HR Generalist

We are currently looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of HR Generalist within our HR Capital Department. The chosen candidate will be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, maintaining strong communication with all employees, managing employee evaluations, ensuring adherence to the approved salary scale, overseeing leave requests, residency matters, contract renewals, and upholding company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. • Bachelor's & Master's/ Professional degree in Human Resources Management. • Proficiency in English and preferably Arabic (both written and spoken). • Minimum of five years of previous experience in Healthcare or within a well-established office HR department. • Exceptional organizational skills and capability to multitask effectively."
