For 11th year consecutively, Royale Hayat Hospital has been named Best Hospital in Kuwait at the Service Hero Awards for the year 2020.
On the occasion, Chairman Pradeep Kumar Handa, and on behalf of the Board of Directors, expressed his happiness and pride with this achievement extending thanks and gratitude for all the hospital members, saying that “the triumph, you get today does not occur accidentally, you proved that good things come to those who are willing to sacrifice to reach a worthwhile goal. Words can’t express how proud I am!”.
He added that “despite the unprecedented challenges posed to us by the Covid-19 pandemic, we have continued to exceed service expectations in the eyes of all our patients and clients,” stressing that Royale Hayat Hospital has “reached a pinnacle from which we cannot descend at any cost.”
He said that this “award for the 11th time is a brilliant example that if your vision and values are strong, nothing can shake your roots. The roots of true achievement lie in the will to become the best that you can become,” he concluded asking the staff to begin the journey over towards “our 12th year as Best Hospital in Kuwait, from TODAY.”
